When I post a comic, it uploads it at the top, and also creates a post below as a duplicate. How do I fix this?

Hi APK,
In order to add the Paypal purchase button, you would need to interface with the Paypal IPN API. Since this is a custom request that requires a fair amount of work, I will not be including it in any future releases of WPComic.

As for the nested comment replies, I have had this request from other users as well. I will be making that update in the next release of WPComic.

Hi Gorillaninja,

we’d like to add a purchase button for prints on each of comics that goes to our paypal account and sends the current comic id as reference. Can I do this?

Also the other thing I’d like to request for is nested comments/replies.. it appears at the moment a lot of our commenters are posting replies with @person but this can be a bit confusing.. is there a way we could possibly change this?

Hi Gorilla Ninja,

I’ve been messing around with WPComic for a little while and for the most part it seems straightforward. However, I do have one significant issue – I have my site set up so that the landing page shows the most recent comic, and as a result the “post a comment” form only appears on older entries. Effectively this means you can’t get commentary from readers on current content. I’ll see if I can find a straightforward way of enabling this myself in the code, but it’s something you may want to consider fixing in a future release.

Hi Doubting Timmy,
Sorry for the late response. I was on vacation… If you want to change the font for your blog postings, you can simply modify the style.css file. You can simply add the following line:
#article_text { font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; }
inside your style.css file and it should do it…
Note that you should change the font value to whatever font you want. You can also add aditional stuff such as font size and color…

Hello,

I am using WP Comic and I would like to change the fonts that are used for the blog postings. Can I do this? I tried replacing the serif fonts in the CSS with sans-serif, but that didn’t seem to work.

Hi,
Although there is no mechanism to batch upload the webcomics in WPComic, you can use WordPress’s date feature to determine when the webcomic will be published.

Does wpcomic support batch uploads of comic images that can be automatically displayed by the software for future updates? Or do I have to manually upload every single comic, every day when I want to update?
